This poem comes from listening to my body and honoring her needs. Something I was born capable of doing but some how forgot through years when the voice of society seemed louder than me…⁣ ⁣⁣⁣
I’m sharing it for you to tune in to yours and remember it’s never to late to listen..⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣💛⁣ ⁣⁣⁣
Feeling her shape⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
breathing with me ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
soft, gentle, ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
in need to be free⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
like nature she live⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
freely she give⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
never to ask⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
what is my task⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I lay down to feel⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
from head down to heal⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
her urges are wild⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
in clima so mild⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
her hips from the moon ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
with stars in the womb⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
whispers so clear⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
when tuned in to hear⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
no need to be seen⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
in earth body green⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
its where we belong⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
this is my song⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
~Caroline Lundgren⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
For me, starting to listen was a bit overwhelming, I met a lot of fear, shame and sorrow for myself and the world, but also a new kind of beauty, appreciation and deep gratitude for all here is. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
With time and yoga I found my way to listen from a more drama-free place, beyond idéas of good and bad, right and wrong, or needs to be or feel or do things in a special way in order to be good/enough or loved by self or others. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Its been a journey ever since, Im still on it, learning, but also sharing it with others. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Grateful for how my experiences guides me to a new way of living, with more love for life, self and others⁣
& truly thankful for sharing it with you.⁣
