This poem comes from listening to my body and honoring her needs. Something I was born capable of doing but some how forgot through years when the voice of society seemed louder than me…
I’m sharing it for you to tune in to yours and remember it’s never to late to listen..
💛
Feeling her shape
breathing with me
soft, gentle,
in need to be free
like nature she live
freely she give
never to ask
what is my task
~
I lay down to feel
from head down to heal
her urges are wild
in clima so mild
her hips from the moon
with stars in the womb
whispers so clear
when tuned in to hear
no need to be seen
in earth body green
its where we belong
this is my song

For me, starting to listen was a bit overwhelming, I met a lot of fear, shame and sorrow for myself and the world, but also a new kind of beauty, appreciation and deep gratitude for all here is.
With time and yoga I found my way to listen from a more drama-free place, beyond idéas of good and bad, right and wrong, or needs to be or feel or do things in a special way in order to be good/enough or loved by self or others.
Its been a journey ever since, Im still on it, learning, but also sharing it with others.
Grateful for how my experiences guides me to a new way of living, with more love for life, self and others
& truly thankful for sharing it with you.
