🌺Happy midsummer to you all 🌺Reflecting on what we celebrate this day I made my own celebration to the beauty of nature here right now and the swedish summer light who after the dark winter also this year found her way to shine this bright😊💛of course in my new made midsummer creation☺️Enjoy the day!
Is for me to meet the body as it is. Get to know her through movement and deeper listening. To wait for that whisper from within who knows what she wants and needs if I give her space to guide. Yoga, a for ever exploration who asks for all of my senses to be brought in to the moment. Who asks me to leave everything behind to center in the moment, the day and the circumstances I am in. The creative expression that never gets the same how ever many times I move through known yoga positions. What do you need today? If you were given one moment to tune in, breath and listen today, what would you do? Often a couple of intentional breath to a specific area can shift our day.❤️
Have you ever had one of this days or weeks when everything seems to go agains you but deep inside you know those things needed to happen for your life to go on?… Well I have had a month of them. So let me share what I’ve learned so far💛 I see it in a natural cloudy way. This weeks clouds made me think about how we treat clouds, the inner and outer ones, and the storms that sometimes comes along, appearing like rain, a bitter lemon-mood, lack of view, or a feeling of being far from the sun. When thunder fills the sky we don’t try to push it away or say “Hey can you speed up a little”. That would not be very wise or make a difference, only empty us of energy and power. So we notice the weather, accept it and meet it best we can, adjusting our plans or get wet. What if we treated our inner clouds in the same way? Notice the feeling, allow it and let it rest in us for a while or as long as it needs. No pushing away, numbing or acting it out on others. But softening in to the resistance of the moment. Kindly rest with things as they are. And care for ourselves like a mother for her child. Adding kindfullness to the mindfulness☺️💕 If we numb the dark feelings we also numb the ability to feel the good feelings. So there is value of meeting all parts in life.
“Do yoga with no goal but to be in the moment. This breath, this stretch, this wave of emotion rolling in. Watch it crest, and break, then dissipate.
Hold the body like a lover in a close embrace, listening with tenderness.
Yoga is a threshold into mystery; each pose an open doorway and an invitation to unfold. Sensations rise and fall, and through it all the deathless center radiates the simple truth of union.” -Donna Faulds.

Planning for an autumn retreat here 💛with yoga, togetherness, Bali boost, dance, healthy food and time for self nourishment together in this Beautiful place of the world. How yummi sounds that?
This might be the venue.. Green delicious djungle, pools and lovely food is also on the menu 🙂
Cant get enough of theese evenings here. So much heart. Songs. Nature. Togetherness. As the monsun rain came we danced in it for a while and then escaped to the pavilion. Stopping was never an option☺️👌🏼❤️Me like. Bali bliss.
Morning after I woke up with an ocean of curls after dancing through the fullmoon night, the rain, the fears, the longings, the happiness. Felt in to the big lust for life I touch in to here ❤️makes me wonder, am I a djungle woman born in the cold sweden?
Someone said. ”In pure presence there are no where else you need to be.” So true. This precious spot not to be forgotten. Breathing in to the full aliveness of this moment in between the known past and the unknown future.💛Welcome friday.
Woke up and cant believe I read my poems out loud yesterday night. Holy guacamoly. I felt for trying it and it was a good spot for doing it. I did not dare but did it anyway. And they wanted more. When doing one thing we don’t dare or never thought we could, we open new doors. And a bigger believe in more openings coming our way in the future. Someone said courage is like a muscle, the more you use it the easier it gets. 💛
